Stunning gallery :wow:

Hello!

I decided to showcase one of your amazing artworks in my collection of the most inspirational art I come across on DeviantArt.

I'm very grateful that you shared it on here and I'm doing my part to give it more exposure, as it truly deserves it.

The Highest Point

Is there a reason why you don't share your camera model and information on the settings for each shot? With AI art becoming more popular on DA and getting shared in the photography category, its getting hard to distinguish between photos and AI unless the camera and stats are shared with the photo. I'm an admirer of your work if these are indeed photos. I also learn from seeing what settings photogs use in certain circumstances.

Hi, I made those setting to the export preset some years ago and haven´t really thought about it since than :-)

but anyway, the reason was rather based on my experience from the time I started photography. As I was learning, I would always look at other peoples photos and the only thing I was curious about was the settings (what was the shutter speed, how high the ISO etc.). Only with time I actually realised that those numbers on its own say basically nothing. (Maybe it would make more sence if the Metadata showed if it was 0EV, or -1. Or is it more exposures blended, or one shot?).

Anyway, most of the photos in my gallery are made with Pentax body and 15mm and 40mm prime lenses. I like to keep the backpack as light as possible, one can go higher/further than while carrying the full studio with :-)And in my approach, it is far more important than getting "the perfect settings".

I hope this explains your questions for you, I definitely don´t mean it to keep secrets. It is rather a measure to steer the viewers from the "numbers" to the picture itself.

Thanks for taking the time to explain. I appreciate it. .. and you photos.
